Pay when you get paid.

ezylegal serves two audiences. Lawyers join the platform — cases come to them, the deal is bundled. Firms run their own pipeline on the platform — bespoke pricing on their own terms. Both pay only on actual billings.

The billable hour was a shared illusion. ezylegal.ai is the operating system that quietly replaces the busywork — and bills you only when your clients pay you.

Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)

APP-compliant by design. Notifiable Data Breach scheme aware. Privacy-incident workflow with quarantine, severity classes and OAIC-reporting pathway.

Australian data residency

Sydney-region origin on request. Files at rest in AU. M365 mailboxes never leave the customer tenant.

Cross-matter quarantine

Files and facts are isolated per matter. Rachel can't accidentally reference one client's evidence in another's case — by construction.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Rachel actually do?
Rachel is your AU AI paralegal. She does everything a paralegal does — and a few things they can't. Specifically: she onboards clients via chat-based intake, extracts dated facts from every uploaded file and embeds them for retrieval, drafts pleadings (Statement of Claim, Defence, Affidavit, Letter of Demand, Written Submissions), reads and triages your M365 inbox, drafts position-aware replies to opposing counsel, builds your numbered brief paragraph-by-paragraph, manages workflow steps and court deadlines, and keeps clients updated proactively. She doesn't go to court. That's still you.
How is Rachel different from ezyBarrister?
Rachel is autonomous — she runs in the background, watches your inbox and matters, and acts on your behalf. ezyBarrister is the chat-driven research and drafting partner you open when you want to work alongside an AI: ask for case-law research, generate a draft with a chosen tone, review evidence gaps. Same brain, different posture: Rachel acts, ezyBarrister advises.
What does ezylegal.ai cost?
Two paths. Lawyers (individual or small firm) join the platform on a 10% rev share — you keep 90% of billings, the platform takes 10% in exchange for case sourcing, practice certificate + PI insurance, Rachel and billing infrastructure. Firms with their own client pipeline get bespoke pricing. Disbursements always pass through to the client at cost. See /pricing or talk to us.
When am I actually charged?
When the matter bills and the client pays. Lawyers on the platform: your rev share lands in your account once the platform collects from the client. Firms on bespoke: invoiced monthly against billings the platform helped you collect, ex-GST and ex-disbursements.
Is it built for Australian lawyers?
Yes — and specifically for AU litigation. Family Law, Consumer Law, Commercial Disputes, Property Disputes, Employment Disputes, Personal Injury, Debt Recovery and Insurance Disputes are the practice areas the platform supports today. AU jurisdictions (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT, Federal), AU case law, AU trust accounting, Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) compliance, AU English throughout.
Do I need to migrate off my current PMS?
No. ezylegal.ai integrates with PEXA, LEAP, Smokeball, Actionstep, Clio and Xero. Run alongside your existing stack and migrate at your own pace.
